  1. Peel turmeric and ginger. Squeeze lemons into a 32 ounce mason jar. Add honey and apple cider vinegar (if using), and fill the jar to the top with water. Stir to mix thoroughly. Add ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon. Close with a lid and shake to ensure all ingredients are mixed.

  2. Refrigerate for a few hours before drinking.

  3. *This makes a concentrate that will keep in the fridge for 4-5 days. Add 2 ounces of this with 4-6 ounces of water, or adjust to your taste preferences. You can add ingredients to 64 ounces of water if you wish to drink as-is, but this version works if you only Mason jars to work with.
